Return & Refund
Please choose carefully as Tech Care Enterprise will not provide you with a refund or exchange simply because you have changed your mind. Tech Care Enterprise will not be responsible for ensuring that the Products are suitable for a particular purpose. If Products are faulty or expired or damage upon delivery, you must notify Tech Care Enterprise in writing of any damage to the Products or shortages in delivery within 24 hours of delivery by Tech Care Enterprise. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, content body must contain the order number, delivery date & reasonable details of the non-conformity.
For miscellaneous offline security & surveillance related system installation & service
Payment term is 30 days starts from the date invoice issued, 1.5% per month interest will be charged on overdue account. For online banking or e-wallet payment advice, you are required to provide a banking receipt or a screenshot picture of successful transaction page with clear payment details to us as a proof of payment. We retain the right to dismantle any installed system by us from your premises in the event you default in paying any part of the payment.
For online store purchase
Every order is based on full payment done. We will only process your order after receiving your payment online.
For walk-in customer (Miri Only)
Cash and carry is required.
Warranty and Repair
- We reserve the right to replace the product or relevant part with the same or equivalent product or part, rather than repair it. When a replacement is provided, the product or parts become the property of us. We may replace with refurbished parts, replacement of the product or part does not extend or restart the warranty period.
- Warranty covers manufacture defects only. Warranty does not cover any damages including but not limited to damage caused by lightning or power surge, malfunction or failure resulting from alternation, accident, misuse, burnt mark, fire, liquid spillage, mis-adjustment of customer control, use on an incorrect voltage.
- Warranty will void if the factory applied serial number has been altered / torn / removed from the product.
- For non Miri local faulty or defective product warranty claims, return shipping cost will be borne by customer for sending back to us.
