Order & Payment

Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity, and click Add to Cart. Before clicking Proceed to Checkout, please check your Order Details carefully. After that, you will need to fill in both billing & shipping details, choose the applicable shipping & payment option. If you have any special request, please fill in the order notes at the bottom page. After confirming all of your order details are correct, click Place Order to the Payment page.

Yes, a confirmation email will be sent upon completed payment to your registered email.

You may go to My Account > Orders to check your order status.

You may first click the lock icon at upper right corner of our website, then go to Orders tracking > input tracking number > track. 

We accept all credit / debit cards, Malaysia online banking (FPX), assorted e-wallet such as Grab Pay, Boost Pay, Touch N Go, Mcash, Maybank QR Pay as well as Atome Pay which support buy now pay later function with 3 instalments but 0 interest charged.

Yes, you can still checkout without register as one of our members. However, you are encouraged to become our member so that you can check your order status as well as have your purchase history saved for future reference.

Shipping & Delivery

Our delivery fee depends on weight and area. You may refer to our Delivery Information for more details. Please bear in mind that our shipping fee is not refundable in any circumstances.

Unfortunately, we only ship within Malaysia at the moment.

You will be giving a tracking number by email after your order has been processed. You may use it to track online.

Some of our products are strictly prohibited to certain area due to shipping prohibition. In that case, you will not be able to find any shipping options if the product is restricted to your preferred area.

Yes, we do provide fee-based delivery service for Miri locals with purchase below RM100. To know how and more details, please see our Delivery Information and find (6) OTHERS, No.3.

For West Malaysia customer, please allow 4 – 7 working days of delivery period.

For East Malaysia customer, please allow 2 – 5 working days of delivery period.

Actual delivery time will depends on our designated courier company, POSLAJU.

Cancellation, Refund & Return

Unfortunately, no. We do not accept any cancellation requests. Please be sure to double confirm your order before placing an order at our website.

To return, please kindly contact our customer service at 0164404363 or email us at techcaremiri@gmail.com. Please tell us your return reason such as what kind of manufacturing defect you have had on your product as detail as you could.

To bear in mind that we do not accept any return or exchange requests unless the item you purchased is defective.

We only bear 1 way of shipping fee which send back the replacement to you. But before the replacement, shipping fee for claimable product that send to us, customer will need to bear the shipping fee by yourself.
