(1) DELIVERY POLICY

Tech Care Enterprise Online Store can only send orders to street address in Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box address.

At the time of delivery, you may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the packing of the parcel and to ensure the seal is not damaged or opened before you sign for received products. Please check the content of the parcel if you found the seal is broken and you may refuse to sign for received products.

If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please log in to the carrier website to track the status of your shipment. Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after few attempts, or you do not pick up your order at any nearby location as stated by the carrier, the order may be returned or disposed after the stipulated time given. Therefore, we will not refund you any amount that you had spent on your order.

We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not cater to any special packaging at this moment.

We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.

(2) SHIPPING POLICY

There are times where order processing time will take longer than usual, such as Pre-Order items or hot selling items that may run out of stock. Should there be such a situation, Tech Care Enterprise will contact you to on the soonest available date. If you do not agree to wait for the provided date, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund to you. Please refer to the Refund Policy and Terms of Service for more details.

We will ensure that all products that are shipped have proper packaging but we do not warranty that damages or poor handling by third parties may occur during transit. The customer is responsible to inform us via email at techcaremiri@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +6016-440 4363 upon receiving and inspecting the product. Kindly refer to the Refund Policy and Terms of Service for more details.

  1. Pick Up From Store – Self Pick Up
    Customers can choose the Self pick up option for most products or purchases upon check out. The pick up location will be set to our store at Lot 235, Jalan Limut, Pujut 5, 98000 Miri, Sarawak. However, if you need the purchase to be transferred for pick up at a different location, please state your request clearly in the remarks section of the order or contact us via email at techcaremiri@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +6016-440 4363 (within 12 hours or making the purchase).By choosing this option, you agree and understand that the order will require some processing time and will not be available for self pick up instantly, especially if the product needs to be transferred to a desired location. Upon being ready for pick up, you will be contacted via the phone number or email you provided for the order. We will not be responsible or held liable for any losses or consequential losses if you pick up from Tech Care Enterprise Miri Store before the order is ready or if the request is not clearly communicated with us.
  2. Wrong or Incomplete Address
    If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
  3. International & Oversea Shipping
    We do not provide any delivery services beyond the borders of Malaysia. Any purchase to be delivered outside of Malaysia will only be delivered to you at a local address, the rest of the shipping arrangements will be the responsibility of the customer.
  4. West Malaysia Shipping
    Shipping to West Malaysia is restricted to selected items, typically for items below a volumetric weight of 30kg. Should there be any special request, you may contact us at techcaremiri@gmail.com or Whatsapp at +6016-440 4363

Tech Care Enterprise reserves the right to update, remove or amend any part of the Shipping policy at any time without prior notice.

(3) SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping rates and handling fee will apply with every transaction for any deliveries. For Miri orders, FREE delivery will be offered for purchase with RM100 & above, otherwise self collection or extra delivery charges is required. For more Miri local delivery details, please check (6)OTHERS. Standard shipping rates will be as listed in the product description and is subject to changes by the appointed carriers.

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges.

There may be promotional offerings for free delivery from time to time so please check in often.

We strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders are in processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated carrier, POSLAJU, from Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

(4) DELIVERY LEAD TIME

Confirmed orders will be shipped out within 1-5 business day(s) if they are placed before 12 noon, Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the following working day as well.

  1. PEAK PERIOD & PROMOTION
    During peak periods, our delivery may take longer than the usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders.It is advised to place your orders 2 weeks in advance during these periods.

FREE Shipping Promotion

  • Free shipping is applied automatically during checkout for all qualifying orders subject to terms & conditions.
  • Applicable to standard shipping only.
  • Not applicable for shipping changes including intercepts, change of address, and to free trade zone which may be subject to additional fee per shipment.
  • The offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase and will expire at the discretion of Tech Care Enterprise Online Store

(5) ORDER TRACK & TRACE

Please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your user account. Alternatively, you can visit the carrier’s website and enter your tracking number to track the status of your order delivery. Please allow a few hours after you have received the delivery confirmation email for the system to reflect the status of your order delivery.

If there is a delay, it will be indicated on the carrier’s website. In the circumstances that you have not seen a status update of your delivery after a week since receiving confirmation email, please contact our customer service at 016-440-4363 or techcaremiri@gmail.com for further assistance.

(6) OTHERS

        1. Own transport with packaging service
          For those who requested to have own transport arrangement with well packed parcels, a RM5 – RM15 of handling fee is required to proceed your order while no charges will be charged if you don’t request for any packaging services. The fee is depends on your parcel size. Please bear in mind that we do not take any responsibilities or held liable for any losses or consequential losses if you request to have own transport delivery and pickup.
        2. Bus delivery fee for EAST MALAYSIA
          For those who requested to deliver by bus within East Malaysia, the charges will be slightly differ from the pricelist listed at (3) shipping charges above. Actual price will be informed on the actual delivery day and payment is required to be made to complete your order. To note, bus delivery is required to have self-pickup at the bus station after the parcel has delivered to your preferred destination.
        3. Miri to Miri delivery fee
          For those who requested to have delivery service from Miri to Miri area with purchase below RM100, a RM1 per km of charges is required. Please kindly choose local pickup with an order note “request local delivery” during check out. Our customer service personnel will contact you shortly after order received to proceed your delivery fee payment.
